Cultivate Unconditional Self-Love

What Scott says

So when I say we're cultivating self-love, like I said in the previous videos about authentic relationship, we can only change, we can only affect our relationship. We cannot affect the thing. So we cannot affect love. Unconditional love is always there, is how it is.

We can affect our relationship to unconditional love, that we can affect. So when I say cultivate unconditional love, what I really mean is cultivate a very authentic, highly valued, embracing, sensitive relationship towards unconditional love. And when you do that, that will increase your experience and conscious awareness of unconditional love at all times. And it will feel to you or whoever it is, that there's more unconditional self-love.

But really there isn't any more, you're just more aware of it. If that makes sense. And that's how everything works. And all of spirituality, humanness, the model, the theory, it all works like that, if that makes sense.

Right. Rumi said, do not seek love, seek the walls that stop you from being love or feeling love or something like that, right? Same principle.
