The Teachings
The teaching lives in three relationships: the weekly videos, Satsang with Scott, and one-to-one work. It is the same teaching in all three. What changes is the relationship.
The Theory of One and Two and the Liquid Armature is my alive personal transmission, my spiritual realizations and practical experiences distilled into one unified theory and map of psychological and spiritual evolution. The Form of Emptiness: the form is my practical experiences, the emptiness is my lived spiritual realizations. I have been living in abiding awakening for more than fifteen years, and there's not really a technique anymore. Most of life is just in flow. As I stepped into this role of spiritual teacher, I noticed a need in my students and the larger spiritual community: they are missing some of the most simple and important spiritual concepts and techniques. I recognized that my efficiency in spiritual evolution was my ability to identify the rate-limiting patterns and steps that if mastered lead to ease and rapid growth. My hope is that The Theory of One and Two will be your guide to mastering these important keystone concepts and techniques.
I'm a big believer in not reinventing the wheel. I did it, so you can do it.
The weekly videos
Every week I produce dharma talks and guided meditations, high-quality talking-head teachings. Consistency of practice and intention is the most important.
Watch regularly, videos from me or from other teachers that are good.
Satsang with Scott
The group is where the teaching happens live. Satsang means sitting together in truth. We meet on Zoom every Sunday for guided meditation, teaching, and questions and answers. These satsangs are an opportunity to drop our story of separation, soften into our body, and connect with community within the alive field of love, emptiness, and truth.
The path of spiritual awakening can be a very lonely path. The group is a community of people on the same path, so we can support each other, connect, and synergize our own intentions, callings, and authentic transmissions into a more powerful drive towards awakening and consciousness.
The only prerequisite is your own personal commitment to truth and to your own spiritual evolution. The group meets Sundays, 1:00 to 2:30 pm Central, on Zoom. It is donation-based, and money is not a barrier to participation.

One-to-one work
One-to-one work is the most personal form of the teaching. The one-to-ones are for those looking to have a deeper conversation and broaden their experience of truth. They are meant to support you in seeing exactly where you are stuck, and in letting those frozen places soften and begin to flow again, until the wound becomes the strength it was always becoming. Through channeling, I offer direct pointing-out instructions and practices fitted to your own terrain. It is also a way to get to know me and for me to get to know you, so I can support you better, one-to-one, in the group, or on retreat.
One-to-one work is not therapy. Therapy is largely based on becoming aware of your unresolved childhood trauma and learning to process and heal that trauma. While it may come up in the one-to-ones, it's not the focus. If what you need is therapy, I will tell you, and help you find the right support.
To begin, fill out the one-to-one form for a first session, $250. After the first session, we decide the frequency together.
- Single sessions, $250 each
- A pack of four sessions, $900
- Regular sessions, weekly or every two weeks, $225 per session

The path
The goal is for you to stand on your own two feet. Until then, here is the form I walked:
- Sit in Satsang with Scott every week.
- Join the small group when it begins.
- Single-day intensives through the year.
- Silent retreats each year.
- Membership in the library.
- Meditate an hour a day.
- Watch teachings an hour a day.
- One-to-one work, monthly.
If you do those things, if you grieve in a healthy way, commit to authenticity and truth, and meditate regularly, then your path to abiding awakening is inevitable.
