I look in the mirror and like him

And also, from an experiential perspective, I used to beat myself up all the time if I dropped things or I didn't think I did a good enough job. Or when I was younger, if I didn't score any goals in the soccer game, I would beat myself up. I never scored any goals, so that was kind of all the time. But after doing so much loving-kindness practice, when I look in the mirror, I think, oh, I like him.

Yeah, he looks nice. Yeah, just this natural kind of like warmth to myself.
