Mind · the crown
It just died, you're still here
You are not your thoughts.
What Scott says
recognize that no thought is true see that you are not your thoughts right that's what it means to awaken on the level of mind typically the first awakening that people have when they say i've had an awakening means that they have realized that they are not their thoughts that the story of themselves in their head this circular repetitive pattern of thinking is not what they are often what happens for different reasons maybe because of trauma or just because of insight or sometimes because somebody meditates or does psychedelics or something they spontaneously their sense of a self dies and they stay conscious as the self dies and what happens is when you're conscious of your false self dying you have an awakening meaning you recognize that you can't be the false self that the story that the narrator narrator of your experience the false self has been telling you can't be true because it keeps telling you there's doing all these things and that it's in control and that you should trust it and blah blah blah but actually it just died and you're still there so you no longer can believe it right so that's awakening on the level of mind
