The whole path
We want the friction
We want the friction.
What Scott says
we want the friction. Because what can happen is when you use a drug or a tea or a different energy, it's easy to surrender the self to the energy. We don't want to do that. That defeats the purpose.
We need to, it has to be both. It has to be holding the paradox. We have to have some sort of human direction, right? Like, oh, I'm working on my fear of abandonment, my fear of death, this specific memory, and then doing it right.
So that it's, there's more friction. Since we want the friction. The tension and the friction is where all the growth and the depth comes from.
