What Scott says

intimacy with your own soul. See, like when you stop trying to put it into a mental story, right, it becomes more intense. That means that your attempt to put it into the story is actually a way of avoiding intimacy with your own soul. Yeah.

You want to go farther, not away. I think what happens is you start to go in and then you're like, oh, this is really intense. I can't handle it. And then you go out.

But it's really more like the, like a, you know, a hot bath or a cold ocean or something where if you keep just going in and back out and in and back out, you never get used to it. But if you just go in, keep going in, after a little bit, you get used to it. And then you can, you can, you know, it's much more, there's much more depth to it. You know, there's layers.

It's not, it doesn't have to be so much about the brightness, which is what you're seeing, but there's more texture. Right. Get used to the intensity, then you can feel, you know, you find yourself in it.
