What Scott says

the heart opening is not real in the way that we think it's real, right? Because, from a perceiver's perspective, the heart opening is no heart opening, something happened, heart opening, crying. that's not real. What happened is heart opening is happening all the time.

That's just like a world where you can visit, and then you decided that you felt safe enough to allow your consciousness to visit it, right, so from that perspective, there's nothing to achieve or do, or like, not like you have to have more. It's more like, oh, well, I just need to feel safe enough to be able to visit when I want, Yeah, as opposed to I have to do X, Y, and Z so my heart's ready to open. So then there's all this energy, and right? That's this whole story of I'm not enough.

And if I do enough, then I'll become enough. So the heart opening is not that important. In a way, it's important, but it's not. You see, then the spiritual experience is not that important.

Right? So we always give a very high importance to the high dopamine state, but that's pointless because that already has a very high importance. What's more important is the causes and conditions to led to it, like you saying, I'm not going to take an Uber, I'm going to take the train. That most likely is one of the most important things that led to the heart opening, right?

Because you kept control, which then made you feel safe enough to surrender control and be out of control. Right? If you didn't keep control, you never would have been safe enough to allow yourself to feel that intensity.
