The heart's natural state is love

the natural state of the energetic field in your chest is unconditional love. It's love. That's what it is. You don't have to make it, you don't have to create it, you don't have to do anything with it.

It just is, okay? But it's unconditional. It doesn't have a direction. It doesn't really have anything.

It's before all of that. It is spirit expressing on that level of reality, and on that level of reality in the human, it expresses an unconditional love. It's just how it is
