Letting your heart break
Eventually the heart just cracks open, literally.
What Scott says
eventually the heart just cracks open, literally. And then there can be this pain, like a ripping or burning or pulling or twisting or squeezing in the chest, like your heart is breaking or squeezing or ripping, right? And then if you really stay with the sadness and it's strong sadness, you get to the heartbreak. And the heartbreak is when the sadness is so great and so much pressure and intensity of sadness is built up in the chest and the heart is getting pulled in multiple directions at once that eventually the heart just cracks open, literally.
And then all of that energy begins to pour out your heart and it kind of comes out in waves down the sides of your heart and then rolls down your body and then down into your abdomen and returns to the ground of being. And that's the heartbreak. And once you go through the heartbreak, that signifies and is the death of the false self. So the heartbreak and the death of the false self occur at the same time.
That's what happens, the same thing basically. And then the death of the false self occurs, and then you are thrust into emptiness. And then from the emptiness, that is that kind of resting place where you are not, you are ending and being at the same time. You are neither there nor not there.
It's this liminal space, right? And what's happening is all of your energy and your humanness is returning to the source of being. And it's this rejuvenating thing, but most people are very scared of it. And you need to sit with that and stay with that and keep with that, right?
And then if you stay with it long enough and fully relax into it and say yes to it and embrace it, then you are born out of the other side of it, right?
