What Scott says

Oh, okay. Now I did that. Oh, that's interesting. Do I want the teapot?

So, then anytime you have a wanting, oh, I want to do this, I want to buy this, I want to do this. You follow that wanting back to the source and see how that specific wanting is actually the same as your chief hope. I want to be free, I want to suffer less, I want to feel at home on my body. Oh, if I got the teapot, then I would be able to make tea.

And when I make tea, I feel home in my body. So, this is just a thing that I'm thinking I've gone this kind of roundabout way to get to the same goal, but really I could just sit here for five seconds, look at the tree, breathe into my abdomen, and feel at home in my body. Oh, okay. Now I did that.

Oh, that's interesting. Do I want the teapot? Oh, no, I don't want the teapot. Okay.

Let's see. So you're taking all of these, literally, all of these like pulls on your awareness and attention throughout the day and retraining your awareness and your mind to stay at the root or the source of the longing and not let your attention and awareness get fractured out of your body and into these disparate elements. Right.
