What Scott says

the realization tends to be fast. And then integration takes a period of time. So when we're thinking about the path of spiritual awakening, there's kind of multiple things happening at once, right? There's just the experience of awakening itself, which we discussed where you have awakening on the level of mind, awakening on the level of heart, and awakening on the level of gut.

So that is a process that kind of needs to go on to get very clear. And then there's the whole psychological piece, which is the psychological piece has to heal and keep up with the experience of awakening. So when you awaken on the level of mind or when you have an awakening on the level of heart, you now have access to a level of emotional sensitivity and depth that you didn't have before. And you also have access to a lack of taking it personal.

And that combination will allow you to process and feel emotional intensity a much greater level, but will also trigger your patterning in a different way. because the intensity can be higher So every time you shift, you often will have to go through some sort of psychological emotional healing to integrate that realization, right? So the realization tends to be fast. And then integration takes a period of time.

Integration could be a couple weeks up to, you know, years. Kind of depends. Months is somewhat common, right?
