What Scott says

We've often referred to it as the I got it, I lost it phase. it's a difficult process. It's somewhat trying. It's exhausting.

There's a lot of back and forth. For me, it felt as if God, if I was a wet towel and God was just kind of ringing me out, and it just kept like God was just, let's ring you out some more. Oh, fill you up and ring you out, ring you out. And it felt as if I was just going through these cycles of expansion and contraction on my energetic body and my physical body.

And it was just kind of breaking down and uncovering all the unconscious stories and stuck points and triggers and activations. And it was forcing me to really fully take these realizations that I'd had many, many times and fully integrate them into my everyday existence and life behaviorally. And that's how it felt to me.
