Saying Yes to Life: A Self-Love Meditation

What Scott says

Almost like your whole energy is just arising, arising out of the ground of being. Saying, Yes, I am, yes, I am here, yes, I am willing, may I be happy, may I be free, may I be loved, may I be connected, may I be supported, may I be in tune, may I be alive, may I be in sync, may I be in the flow, may I say yes to life. May all three of my centers align and synchronize. May love move throughout my body, loving my mind, my heart, and my gut.

May I live and see and act from the ground of being. May I sense the world from my personal transmission. May I live from my personal transmission? May I express and act from an applied true love from my personal transmission.

May I be unified in what I want. May I stay in my body. May I be grounded in my abdomen and lower dantian. Feeling the hip bones, feeling the tops of your hips, and how the hip makes a bowl, the pelvis, the pelvic bowl.

Allow your awareness to inhabit the bones of your hips. may feel as if there's no space in the bones, but actually, bones are made up of all of these pockets of air, right? They're both solid and empty at the same time. And then feeling how the hip and the pelvis is this bowl, right?

You have the hip bones going up the back, how it makes kind of a bowl. And noticing as you look from the hip bones into the center of your body into the center of your abdomen. Noticing how it feels right outside of the edge of the bone, right? Right when it goes into the body.

For me, it feels as if there's this like when you just rest your awareness in that space. It feels like this subtle energy that has great life force and potential moving. And just give your attention and your valuing to that subtle energy. Surrendering to it and seeing what happens when you allow that energy and you say yes to it.

To me it feels like almost like this deep current in the ocean spinning around the bowl of the pelvis and it has this power and this energy and this centrifugal force that kind of spins up and out, and then feeling that push up and out through your third chakra, up past your stomach into your rib cage with your back straightening, your shoulders rolling back, your chin raising, and as if your whole body and spine grew an inch or two, and there's space between the vertebrae. Almost like your whole energy is just arising, or rising out of the ground of being.

Saying, Yes, I am. Yes, I am here. Yes, I am willing. Yes, I embrace this present moment.
