What Scott says

Welcome to the form of emptiness. I'm Scott Kalin. Today we'll be doing a guided meditation to begin, and then I will be describing the last four patterns in the theory of one and two. As usual, I'll be drinking tea.

I've got, this is Lubau tea, if you are familiar with tea. If you're interested in more of my spiritual teachings, please sign up for the email list and sign up, which also will sign you up for the free member area on our website, Form of Emptiness. And there you can access more videos, the liquid armature model, the theory of one and two, and also chat rooms. And ask questions directly to me.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Thank you. Okay, well find yourself in a comfortable position, either on the floor or on a chair. Okay, well find yourself in a comfortable position, either on the floor or on a chair. Okay, well find yourself in a comfortable position, either on the floor or on the floor or on the floor or on the floor or on the floor.

Okay, well find yourself in a comfortable position, either on the floor or on the floor or on the floor or on the floor or on the floor. The pattern Unconditional Self-Love, which is one of the earlier patterns of the Theory of 1 and 2 I described. I don't know. So find yourself in a comfortable position.

You can close your eyes or you can look at a spot in front of you on the floor. Imagine that your body, let me, let me, I'll ring the bells just, I know I ring them to ring them up, but we'll ring them again. I'll ring the bells three times. That will begin the exercise.

So find yourself in a comfortable position. So find yourself in a comfortable position. So find yourself in a comfortable position. Imagine that your bones starting in your bones in your feet and then your bones in your lower legs, they're all part of a structure.

Like the walls that hold up a building. And your bones stack on top of each other. Creating the framework of the structure. So.

Your feet connect to your lower legs. So your feet connect to your lower legs. And as you're doing this, you try to become aware of the bones and you can feel, you can kind of be aware of the bones. Be aware of the bones like you're looking at them from your head.

And as you're doing this, you try to become aware of the bones and you can feel, you can kind of be aware of the bones like you're looking at them from your head. Or you could be aware of the bones like you are the bones like you are the bone and you're looking out from inside the bone. So something to play with. So your feet bones.

Your lower leg bones. Left and right. Connect to your knees. Connect to your upper leg bones, your thigh bones, your left and your right.

And they insert into your hip and your hip sockets like a ball and a cup on either side. And then into your pelvis. Your pelvis bones is like a bowl. Right.

Left and right. And there's space inside of the pelvic bowl. And then your back, your spine stretches up from the pelvic bowl. Kind of makes an S.

Stacking up a little. And vertebrae stacking on top of each other like bricks or blocks all the way up. And then your ribs grow out and come around like a cocoon. And then into the bones in your shoulders and neck.

And then your shoulder bones connect to your upper arm bones. Left and right. And then your elbow. And then down into your lower arm bones and your hands.

Bones of your hands. And then back up to your neck. You can feel the vertebrae in your neck. And then where it connects to your skull.

Then bringing your awareness from that point where it connects to your skull. Wrapping around to the front of your face and feeling the bones in the front of your face. And now that we've connected so intimately with the bones of our body. Allow, look from the bones to the muscles that are attached to the bones.

And encourage them to relax and rest. And trust that the bones will hold up your body as your muscles relax. Good. You can feel kind of a settling, a relaxation, a wave moving through your body of peace.

And calmness and openness. Going down your body. That's the beginning of the return of your essence. Of your suchness to the ground of being.

The ground of being in your lower abdomen. Below the lower dantium. And then noticing the space above your shoulders, in your head and around your head. Just noticing the quality of the space.

Does it feel open? Does it feel light? Clear? Bright?

Relaxed? Just noticing your breathing and what the breath does to the space in your head. Good. Good.

And then moving your awareness very subtly down as if you're falling backwards into a pool of water, pillow. Down your throat, down into your chest. And then here once again, just noticing what is the quality of the space in your chest. And that's how you're feeling.

That's how you're feeling. Does it feel full? Does it feel warm? Does it feel supportive?

Does it feel supportive? Encouraging? Inviting? Almost like a liquid.

And just noticing how you're breathing affects the space in your heart area. You may notice a subtle movement or rhythm to the energy and space in your heart area. And just noticing how the breathing affects that. Once again, dropping down as if we're relaxing and falling backwards into a bed, into our lower abdomen, in front of the spine, about the level of the belly button.

Then just noticing what is the quality of the space in the abdomen below the ribcage. It feels more dense, dark, grounded, solid, like the roots of a tree or the inside of a mountain or the bottom layer of water and the ocean. Just a very subtle, very, very subtle movement to it. It's alive, but very solid.

Solid. Grounded. Good. Now, from this place, I want you to say these words out loud.

First, say "I am" three times. And when you say it, I want you to feel what happens to the space in your abdomen and your heart when you say it. "I am" three times. And when you say it, I want you to feel what happens to the space in your abdomen and your heart when you say it.

I am. I am. I am. So I feel this, uh, dense, densifying, consolidating life force, energy in the lower abdomen when I say it, as if it's kind of coming together into almost like a cylinder or a pole moving straight up.

And then when it hits my chest, it feels almost like a ball of aliveness and presence kind of appears or, or emerges out of the warmth that's already there. And then it expands out almost like a cloud or oval shape expanding out throughout my torso and my chest. Let's try it again. Say I am three times and notice how it feels in your abdomen and chest.

I am. I am. I am. I am.

Good. And whatever you notice, you just want to encourage that. Say yes to that. Embrace that.

Validate that feeling. Okay. And then we'll do a different thing that we say that we're going to say. So I want you to say, I am that three times.

Same thing. Feel how your abdomen feels and feel how how your chest feels when you say it. Here we go. I am that.

I am that. I am that. Good. So for me, I feel the same as before.

But the I am, I feel this energy or presence coalescing in the lower abdomen, kind of like a ball that then turns into a pole or a tree trunk that then goes up into the chest. And then there is that almost like another sphere appears of awareness and love. And then that comes in and it just amplifies that already that presence and energy that was there four to six times as much and intensifies it. So it gets bigger and brighter and it goes up into my shoulders and then out across my top of my chest as if I'm proud.

All right. So it makes kind of like a T going from my lower abdomen up to the shoulders and out. I will do it one more time saying the same thing. I am that three times.

I am that. I am that. Just noticing any body sensations or whatever you feel after you say the words and encouraging that feeling, encouraging your sensitivity and your awareness to that feeling. Good.

All right. I will ring the bell and that will end the meditation. All right. So let's say I feel like a stillness, like the room is someone who's turned down the volume of the room is if the base level of sound or energy has come down.

And then at the same time, there's almost like this high pitched sound of silence, I call it. It's like the silence is very loud. And then somewhere between this grounded depth and this high pitched silence. I feel more in my chest and more present, more myself and more connected with my own personal transmission.

Good. So as I've said before, when I channel, I don't always know or have total control of what I'm going to say. So I meant to do a meditation on loving kindness. We ended up doing one on the three levels and connecting to your personal transmission.

Thank you.
