Wisdom is born of holding both

Wisdom is the intuitive expression of the tension. you either trust your mind or you don't trust your mind. Right. So it's that all or nothing.

It all comes back to holding the paradox because to hold that paradox, you're the mind, you're the heart. They're quite different. There is this tension, right? In between.

And then that is how you, that's where wisdom comes from. Right. Wisdom is the intuitive expression of the tension. Like without fully knowing both positions, how could you have wisdom?

Wisdom is born out of fully inhabiting both. Right. Right.
