Grief is always here
All the emotions in the grieving cycle are all the time in our body.
What Scott says
All the emotions in the grieving cycle are all the time in our body. So, but for the grieving cycle, I would argue that there's no, it's not how we view it, right? We view like there's a loss and then we have to go through like emotions enough, maybe five, six, seven, ten times, and then we're better, right? Yeah.
I don't think it's like that at all. What it's like is that we're actually experiencing all the emotions all the time. All the emotions in the grieving cycle are all the time in our body. And all that's happening is our awareness, right, which is say a bubble or a circle, is just encompassing or not encompassing different parts of the grieving cycle.
