Opening means your heart breaks

In the breaking of our heart, we find freedom and openness. once we have this opening on the level of the heart, we then can feel things how they really And what we feel is that we are the same as everyone and everything, and we love everyone and everything, regardless if we agree with them, regardless as if we would act like them, regardless if they hurt us, regardless if they hurt someone we love, regardless if they act against our morals. And in that is a great, tremendous heartbreak. It is the breaking of our human heart.

We thought that we could define love. We thought that we could control our emotional world with our definition of love. And as we gain clear seeing and clear feeling, we rapidly recognize that we cannot, that our heart will never be big enough to hold the world, that we will never be big enough or vast enough or strong enough to handle the complexities and the emotional turmoil of our reality. And thus, our heart breaks.
