Our wounds become like pieces of a puzzle that we use to build things with.
What Scott says
And then they become like pieces of a puzzle that we just are using to build things with. The pattern of abandonment, the pattern of loss. Everybody has, it's a universal human condition pattern. We all have abandonment.
We all have loss. It's woven through all of us. It's in how we react to our heart. It's how we react to our gut.
It's how we react to eating food. It's how we react to a stranger. It's literally a piece of the lens that we see of everything. And so if we can become very familiar with these pieces and the emotions they bring up and the stories that we have about them and the traumas and the losses and how they show up, then we can just let them go and be ourselves, right?
And then they become like pieces of a puzzle that we just are using to build things with. We're not attached to the pieces, but we just use them. We're like, oh, look at this piece, and this could go with this and this and this. And then that's kind of expressing from your own authentic wholeness, your own personal transmission, is when you begin to see all these pieces of yourself as just parts that you can use to build and connect in however way you want to.
