It's only hard because

Once this becomes the highest value, if you become very familiar with your own personal transmission, Specifically the most subtle layer of it, right? So the most, it has like a pattern, it has a frequency, it has like a tone, like an energy, like a feel to it, like all these different kinds of, they're like almost beyond or before perception, but they're still on the edge of perception. So not easy to perceive.
