I recommend you go up to the door of the known and wait. And then you will just spontaneously shift at some point if you wait there with the right intention. You can't make it happen, but you can do a lot of things to make the conditions highly favorable. You can take yourself to the edge of your known experience.

You can get very good at doing that. I got very good at doing that. So then I would just take myself to the edge and just wait. And then you just know that eventually you're going to shift.
