The only wrong way to see

If I'm in a stuck place, I see it from one little narrow view and I stay stuck.

What Scott says

If I'm in a stuck place, I see it from one little narrow view and I stay stuck. it's not that there's a right way to see or a wrong way to see. It's just if you get stuck in one way, that's the wrong way. That's it.

As long as you keep moving into new ways of seeing the same thing, you're probably going to be okay. It's just when you get scared and shut down and stuck and traumatized in one little way, and then you look like this for 30 years, you're going to suffer like crazy. But if you have that capacity to go, okay, well, look, it's like this. Oh, I don't like that.

Oh, let's look at like this. So it's like, and you start looking at it from seven, eight, nine points. By the sixth or seventh time, it just releases. You're like, oh, okay.

Right. It's not real. There's nothing there. Right.

Okay. Right. So this is the key, right? Or, or like, if I'm, if I'm in a state where I have like a very high, I don't know, conscious, consciousness or frequency or whatever it is, or I feel really good.

When something arises, I'm just seeing it from like 15 perspectives at once spontaneously. So it just dissolves. If I'm in a stuck place, I see it from one little narrow view and I stay stuck.
