Judging thoughts are a radio station
You'll still be able to stay connected with your own peace and wholeness.
What Scott says
you'll still be able to stay connected with your own peace and wholeness. So I would try to drop any expectation of having no judging thoughts or still have judging thoughts all the time. All the time. It's super normal.
It's just part of the practice, you know. And it's no big deal. You know, to me, it's like a radio station that sometimes is loud and sometimes is quiet, but it's usually there somewhere if I look hard enough. And it's just like, oh, there's that radio station.
And it's okay. You know, it's like, oh, yeah, that's just how it's going to be today. Right? It's just trying to distract you from what's important.
So if it matters too much, then it will distract. But once you learn that it doesn't matter, then sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. But you'll still be able to stay connected with your own peace and wholeness.
