Catch the emotion at birth

Emotions tend to form very early in the body, low in the body, in the lower abdomen, and then all of a sudden they come up and we notice them in the head or the chest or in our jaw or something.

What Scott says

Emotions tend to form very early in the body, low in the body, and the lower abdomen, and then all of a sudden they come up and we notice them in the head or the chest or in our jaw or something. That's long past the genesis of the emotion. The emotion actually is beginning very early in the body at a low point in the body. And so we want to have this yes and this sensitivity and this valuing of the emotion so that once it just begins to arise, we're right there with it, going, Yes, you are here.

This is me, we are one, we are the same. What do you have to teach me? This is so interesting, so exciting. And then what you find is that it expresses it and you get that information that you need, and then it dissolves away.

And the emotion actually ends up being not too big.
