What Scott says

We are the thing that can't be destroyed, right? We are enduring. Energy comes and goes. Sometimes if I eat more healthy and clean, my energy feels better, right?

If I get a full night's sleep, my energy feels better. If I take high quality ginseng, my energy feels better, right? If I drink really good tea, my energy feels better. But what we notice with all of this is that there's this swinging, right?

Ooh, energy feels good. Energy feels small. Energy feels good. Energy feels bad.

And that moving back and forth tells us something. It tells us that we can't be that because what we are is unchanging, undying, immutable, right? We are the thing that endures. We are the thing, the common denominator of all things, right?

We are the thing that can't be destroyed, right? We are enduring. Energy comes and goes.
