What am I before energy?

What am I before energy? I'm not saying that energy healers are bad or inauthentic. That's not what I'm saying. But I am saying that when spiritual teachers or spiritual guides are teaching or actively their main thing is moving or controlling or shifting energy, that they are not fully authentic and not fully speaking from their own intuitive wisdom and own transmission, and that there's a subtle or gross piece of their false self in play, co-opting their own intuition.

So, I challenge people to begin the inquiry practice: What am I, right? What am I before energy? What am I before energy? Am I energy?

Am I energy, right?
