Before I found my transmission

I have people asking me, what is personal transmission?

What Scott says

I have people asking me what is personal transmission. I talk about it a lot. I would say before I found my personal transmission, when I looked inside my whole life, it was as if there was just this emptiness. And I never had a very strong sense of a self or a strong ego.

And so I was just kind of often when my ego would fall apart or my sense of self would kind of fall apart, I would just be left with this emptiness in the body. And once I healed enough of my own childhood attachment trauma and worked through a number of awakenings, awakening on the level of mind, awakening on the level of heart, awakening on the level of gut, and integrated those, then all of this repressed and bound up somatic energy and attachments in my body kind of transformed and melted away and returned to the source of my being in the lower dantian and the abdomen.

And then, out of that excess, that return of, I don't know, abundance of my own personal life force, I found that my own personal energetic transmission was there, that it was always there. And that I just didn't have the ees for it I didn't value it, and I didn't know to look for it, or I didn't have the sensitivity to see it. It's hard to put into words. But once I found it, and once I began to cultivate a robust, healthy relationship with it and value it and trust it, then I never, I don't experience that anymore.

I don't have this experience where if the identity falls apart, then there's nothing there. It's just this vast emptiness. Instead, there's the personal transmission that's there too. So I highly recommend that all people, but definitely people on the spiritual path, identify, value, and cultivate a strong, healthy, loving, trusting relationship with your own transmission.
