What Scott says

What you find is that actually it's more real. More real than you And it's a weird thing because when you realize that your mind is your friend, it actually exists more than, in a way, than when you felt like it was nothing. So that's why it's kind of confusing. So when you first have awakening on the level of mind, you go, oh, I'm not my mind.

My mind is not real. So the sense of a self loses quite a bit of power. When you come back to it and it goes full circle and you go, oh no, I am the mind, right? That's where there's a mountain, then there's no mountain, right?

That's that part. And then there's a mountain again, right? It's describing the path of awakening. What you find is that actually it's more real.

More real than you thought. And that's what's very weird because what you find is that it's actually more real, but that the attachment is much less or not at all because you no longer resist it. That's all that's changed. And when you stop resisting it, you stop fighting it.

And so it actually, in a lot of ways, can become more present, the self on the level of mind. For me, in a way, it's more present. But in another way, the attachment way, it's much less.
