Judgment is not bad

on the spiritual path is like, oh, I don't want to judge. Judgment's bad. I shouldn't judge. Well, that's absurd.

We all judge. I judge. Everybody judges. I'm a therapist.

Everyone's like, oh, I don't be judged. Like, you know, like, that's ridiculous. It matters if you believe your judgment. That's all that matters.

It matters if you believe it. But judgment is a thing. It's always a thing. All the mind does is it judges Right?

That's the mind is a judging machine.
